- Be a senior citizen (60+) or an honorably discharged veteran of any age
- Live within our service area (Citrus County Fl and surrounding areas)
- Demonstrate financial need through income verification
- Own and occupy the home as primary residence
- Have a home that is structurally sound and safe to work in
